This Website Terms of Use Agreement (“Website Terms”) is between you and Credco Management Services, LLC., including its past, present, or future parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, predecessors, assignees, successors, and their respective agents, employees, directors, officers, partners, and members (whether acting in their corporate or individual capacity) (“Credco Management Services,” “we,” or “us”), with a principal place of business at 30 N Gould St. Ste R Sheridan, WY 82801. Notwithstanding any language in these Website Terms to the contrary, this agreement governs your use of this site and its content (the “Website”), your engagement of Credco’s management services, your request that Credco Management Services contact you about its services, and your participation in Credco’s Text Message Program.

Credco’s “Text Message Program” includes sending text messages to and/or receiving text messages from Credco Management Services, only after your consent has been granted through our “opt-in” program placed on our Web Form for your convenience.

Agreement to Terms

BY USING THE WEBSITE, ENGAGING CREDCO’S MANAGEMENT SERVICES, REQUESTING THAT CREDCO MANAGEMENT SERVICES CONTACT YOU, AND/OR PARTICIPATING IN CREDCO’S TEXT MESSAGE PROGRAM, YOU SIGNIFY YOUR AGREEMENT TO THESE WEBSITE TERMS.

Credco’s Privacy Policy applies to your use of the Website, all services provided by us, and your participation in the Text Message Program. By using the Website, engaging our services, or participating in the Text Message Program, you acknowledge you have reviewed Credco’s Privacy Policy and agree to its terms.

Arbitration Agreement

BY USING THE WEBSITE, ENGAGING CREDCO’S SERVICES, OR PARTICIPATING IN CREDCO’S TEXT MESSAGE PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO ARBITRATE ALL CLAIMS BETWEEN YOU AND CREDCO MANAGEMENT SERVICES ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS ONLY, NOT AS A PART OF ANY CLASS ACTION.

YOU WAIVE ALL RIGHTS TO:

A TRIAL BY JURY
PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS ACTION ARBITRATION
BRING AN ACTION AGAINST CREDCO MANAGEMENT SERVICES IN A COURT OF LAW

You may individually arbitrate any claim against Credco Management Services in any jurisdiction in the United States. Credco Management Services will reimburse you up to $300 of your arbitration filing fee. The arbitration will be governed by the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where inconsistent with these Website Terms. The remainder of these Website Terms is governed by the laws of the state of Utah.

Modifications to Website Terms

We may modify these Website Terms at any time. If you do not agree to the changes, you must discontinue using the Website, discontinue using Credco’s services, rescind your request that Credco contact you, and/or discontinue your participation in Credco’s Text Message Program before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Website or participation in our services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

Use of Website

The Website provides information about Credco Management Services, educational and informational resources, and the ability to sign up for and engage Credco’s services. You may not modify, republish, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly perform any content from this Website without express written permission.

Engagement of Credco’s Services

If you engage Credco’s services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Engagement is for a single individual only. Unauthorized use by others is prohibited. If you believe your account has been used without authorization, notify Credco immediately at support@credcomanagement.com.
